does anyone know where the blood came from on lebron's jersey in game 3 of the finals?

Where ya been lately man?!? It happened sometime during the second half. He didnt have any on him when he went to the locker room at halftime, according to Getty Images.

I think it happened when Iggy stripped the ball with around 10 seconds left, might've cut LeBron's arm or something.
