How was this 2003-04 UD LeBron James set distributed?

The set is 1-91 I believe. Anyone know its origins? :)

There was a box set it seems.

There was also a chance of an auto in there.

It was a special set put out by Upper Deck. When you purchased it you received part of the set in a notebook. Then I believe there was a mail in or online place to register and they sent the rest in 2 different shipments as each card represents a different game. I believe there were a few autos inserted too.
