I have one of the sickest cards I own up for trade or sale. It's the platinum version numbered only 4/10 playbook of Andrew Luck! It has a dual color jersey patch on the right and it seems like a piece of his pants on the left. Not really sure. But I see the gold numbered to 25 sell for close to $200 bucks all day. I've never seen one of the ones I have for sale so it will be a sick card to snatch up!! I want $150 in trade value witch is cheap as hell and $120 to sell and that's just stupid cheap!! Lol.. Feel free to message me a offer. All I can say is no!! Thank you!!
Didn't even realize that they are the same cards hahahahaha
Also I don't know where your looking but golds /25 are selling for less then $30 all day
If you see them for $30 bucks all day you should buy them and put them on eBay lol.. But I'm just going off what I see online man. I'm terrible at making prices as you see lol. But All I can find are gold ones and green ones. The gold are ##/25 and the green was #/5 and the prices where gold $150 and the green was close to $300. But if you know more about the card then by all means help me out. I'm new to this and like I said I suck at making a price. Yeah bud, you'll never sell anything on here if you go by ebay LISTING prices. You have to go by ebay SOLD prices. Just a tip. Nice card though and good luck with your sales.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Andrew-luck-panini-playbook-booklet-platinum-version-4-of-only-10-/111535325944?pt=US_Football&hash=item19f80602f8 It looks like you sold this item twice already!http://www.ebay.com/itm/Andrew-luck-panini-playbook-booklet-platinum-version-4-of-only-10-/111526709856?pt=US_Football&hash=item19f7828a60

If you sold this exact same card on eBay already for $34 & $36...
1. Why did you pretend that $120 was a steal? 2. Why did you show a listing with a $180 price? If you think this forum is full of fools for the scamming, I have a real big surprise for you. |
Normally I would drop it here because your reputation will never recover. However, I am not interested in waiting until after you cheat someone to ban you.

Hahahahaha AWESOME!!!! |
Yah...but he did not do anything against blowout rules.
He was trying to manipulate a fool into paying more...but that is half of the members here and the other half WISH they could get more. Did not see a scam and still do not see where he broke the rules. Now, if it has gotten to the point where someone's ebay feedback plays into part of a banning reason then that should also be apart of the rules as well and posted Fair play for all, even if you assume they are bad news. |

You do realize that there is people on this site who have done the same exact to other members here that this Joshua guy did to people on Ebay and those people are still members here, right? In fact they are in this very thread.:confused:
It is moot. I did some looking and found 27 members in 2 hours, of which all had more than 5 negs in their current feedback score and 3 had more than 10. Everyone's favorite "He whom cannot be named" 7 negs with flippant replies to them all to displace blame anywhere but on him. I think Houdini saw a flake incoming and felt justified in banning him. As a member I felt he exercised a blanket rule meant to cover any unforeseen issues that could be thrown in someone's face down the road. However, banning someone for ebay issues, while so many here do just as bad or worse, outright theft and fraud, seems really off point and seems tacky and biased to not be used on all with the same ebay antics IMO as you are punishing a person for posting his ebay link where as thousands, myself included, do not and would be exempt for that rule whiplash in that situation. If such a policy would be enforced then should not being a member on ebay also be a requirement upon signing up for Blowout ? This will break down to " Im a mod, you are a member" in the end, regardless of a persons view on the matter , so unsubbing. |
I think anyone with a brain could see this guy was up to no good an was going to eventually cause problems here as well. With this card he was clearly being deceptive.
There is not a website out there that does not have a rule similar to rule 14 in place. Most businesses also have a similar policy in place. |

crabking and armyman were in a pretty heated argument in another thread, so my guess is it's him. |
I did not ban him for eBay.
If I had seen his eBay when I was approving new members, I simply would not have approved him. If I see an eBay account like his or poor itrader on other forums or a youtube rant about fraud, I will not approve the account. It happens sometimes. When I was researching this member, his eBay did not show (I added his eBay username to his account when I banned him). I found his twitter account and based on that and the reason he uses "Ryderdaniel" is why I approved him at all. This was not a case of trying to sell your card for more money in my mind, this was a case of deception to defraud. I decided that the best way to protect the community was to ban this account. That is what I did. If you want to B/S/T with this person, be my guest. Just not here. We have plenty of members who twist facts to suit their own agenda - have at it. If you are constantly a miserable person on here, you are clearly just a miserable person in general. So be a miserable - nobody is going to pity you for a condition you clearly revel in. |

It's a blanket rule that is essentially the "ace up the sleeve" and can render any argument for or against the rules as moot. I think Gibberish's points are well stated and what happened was unfair since OP didn't break any site rules. But anytime you argue with the "boss", he or she can say "Well, I'm the boss and those are my rules." |

Sending gift payments is in the rules as a no-no, I get that. And I get that you are trying to be proactive. If people are following the written rules of the forum (sending non gift payments) then they are protected by PayPal, not u/houdini. If someone is not following the written rules of the forum, then yes, you can intervene and most people ask for it and welcome it, including myself. FWIW, I've always thought you've been a fair mod when dealing with this type of thing, but I feel that you essentially made use of your power and made a unilateral decision since no specific forum rule was broken. Either way, you've made your decision. He's banned and that's that. |

Considering getting banned if anyone wanted to do his 20 gift point, multiple would provide a better incentive.
