4 Case Break of 2025 Allen and Ginter (Box by Box)
I have opened two cases prior to this and the collation in this one was odd. Several subset cards in some of the packs. No minis in some of the packs. Multiple chrome refractors and more hits than usual. Interested to see how the rest of this case comes out.

2nd box is the worst Ive ever seen from Ginter. I will definitely be reaching out to someone about this garbage.

3rd box was a considerable improvement, however again, the collation is very odd.

Caught a second wind and decided to finish off the case.

Case 1 Recap:
I was happy with the number of rip cards and the number of /10 cards, however didn't like that a box was missing hits. I also noticed when sorting that I only had 1 card #350.... which means I wouldn't be able to put more than a single set together. From the two previous cases I purchased I was able to complete 5 sets and very nearly complete 7. On to Case 2 tomorrow! |
Let me know if you hit any parallels of Bagwell/Biggio

Very "meh" case. I really hope there is something juicy in these last two cases. At least there were a couple cool veteran autos. There was a Garciaparra auto in the photo for box 2 or 3 that I accidentally deleted.
4 cases down, 2 more to go. I'll work on then next case tomorrow. |
Today was sorting day. Back at it tomorrow!

thanks for sharing!

Thanks for posting! I've enjoyed it and look forward to the rest!
Today was sorting day. Back at it tomorrow!
For a large break like this what do you find to be the most efficient way to sort all of the base into sets?

<sigh> Case 3 is one of the most disappointing case breaks I've had in a while. Three lackluster autos, no color minis and another box missing a hit.

I'll be going out of town for X-Mas so last break will be posted when I get back, probably on the 29th.
I've opened 5 cases and still chasing a "big hit" -- I sure hope the 6th and final case pays off. |

Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
What I do is I'll break three boxes at a time, then ill sort by single digit, tens, hundreds, two hundreds and three hundreds (since this series has 350 cards). Then I'll take each one (two hundreds, for example) and separate them into 200-249 and 250-299. Then I'll separate into 200s, 210s, 220s, 230s, 240s. Then once I'm done opening all the cases I'll take a chunk of 200s, for example, then organize by number 201-209. I'm sure there's a better way to do it but that's how I have chosen to do my sorting. |

I always feel like I'm this close to unlocking peak efficiency but maybe we're already there. Good luck with the rest of your break! Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk |
Results from the last case coming up.
I think this was the most disappointing case of all that I opened. I will do a full 6-case break update (I opened 2 others in a separate thread) but it will be a few days because I need to collate all lthe cards. With that said, enjoy the last case contents/hits: Case 6 Box 1 Box 2: Box 3: |
