Corn is literally no one’s favorite anything. Why is it on the list?
|
Buccaneers (5-6) vs Panthers (3-8) is the turd game of the week
|
Buccaneers (5-6) vs Panthers (3-8) is the turd game of the week
Over the Giants and Cowboys? ON Thanksgiving no less? I really hope Purdy is available for the late game on Sunday versus Buffalo... I want it to be a competitive game, need my BillsMafia neighbors and co-workers to calm down a little bit :) |
Nice to see a well organized schedule again. Kudos to the OP.
|
Stuffing & cranberry sauce is a tie for me (the Cranberry sauce that is like the gelatin, not the ones with whole berries)
|
Other, but I can't think of anything I don't like.
Giants/Cowboys Thankgiving nap/poop game of the week. Road to 8-9 starts this week. |

Agreed. He stepped up his game amid calls for his benching and some questionable decisions late last year. |
Cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes blow.
I'll be rooting extra hard for my boy Jameis Monday night. |
Giants (2-9) vs Cowboys (4-7) is easily the 💩 game of the week
|
Giants (2-9) vs Cowboys (4-7) is easily the 💩 game of the week
Nope. At least the Cowboys have Lamb. The Bucs/Panthers has zero star power. |
Nope. At least the Cowboys have Lamb. The Bucs/Panthers has zero star power.
Trolling extra hard this morning I see, NN |
Trolling extra hard this morning I see, NN
Nope. The Bucs are a bland team and the Panthers are just straight trash. |
Seahawks (6-5) vs Jets (3-8) is Bnut's Game of the Week.
|
theres a lot of really terrible and meh games this week.
surprised no one chose colts/pats for the bowel movement game. the  gotw is phi/bal .. honorable mention to lions/bears for the blowout lulz. |
Corn is literally no one’s favorite anything. Why is it on the list?
Because it's an LEAST fav list. My pick is other...box instant mashed potatoes. |
Stuffing is one of the most overrated dishes.
|
Giants (2-9) vs Cowboys (4-7) is easily the 💩 game of the week
I don’t see anyone rushing to finish their turkey dinner to plop down in front of the tube to watch this. Unless of course they want a peaceful nap with a full belly. |
Stuffing is one of the most overrated dishes.
I look forward to stuffing at thanksgiving. It’s my favorite dish only because I have it once a year. No one makes it like my mother did though but I’m sure everyone misses their mothers cooking once she’s no longer with us. If you’re young and she’s still cooking enjoy it. |

I seriously doubt Purdy will be able to play and it wouldn’t make sense to risk him against Buffalo. Let him heal and get ready for a 70 degree game against the Bears and rams. |

Worst take ever |
Worst take ever
Consider the source :)! |
There is only one type of cranberry sauce, and that is the kind that comes in cans. If you've spent more than 199 cents, you're overpaying.
You open the can with the can opener and let the sauce slurp out of the can. It still maintains its shape perfectly on the plate (even the little ridges in the can show on the sauce). Then you cut into slices and serve. |
This is the menu this year:
Turkey Stuffing Green bean casserole Croissants Mac n cheese Roasted veggies with parmesean Taters and gravy Pecan pie Pumpkin pie w/ whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Oh yeah! |

Hmm can't go wrong with warm croissants. Although I prefer Grands muffins. Pumpkin Pie, of course, but pecan pie? |

Might be? Cali team coming up here during snow season. lol Forecast for the game: The FOX Forecast Center is calling for heavy lake-effect snow, with more than a half-foot of snow possible for areas near and south of Highmark Stadium. Snow totals can vary greatly depending on where the lake-effect snow bands set up. |
Am I the only one who doesn’t care for bad weather games anymore? Make every stadium a dome or retractable roof. Snow games are so slow and slogging and don’t have as much entertainment value as just a clean game. Not to mention rain games. Especially considering it can give a significant advantage or disadvantage one way or the other for hosts and visitors.

I love bad weather games. The worse the weather the better. Snow games are the best. I don't need to see an NBA style game with 100 points and zero defense mixed with 20 penalty flags. |

You don't live in Georgia.

Just a few days ago the snow made 2-8 Browns vs 8-2 Steelers one of the best games of the year. Bring it on. |

I was born and raised in Buffalo (blizzard of 77) so I know all about lake effects. Visited my brother in Texas in March 1987. It was 23 degrees in buffalo and got off the plane to 67 degree weather. Never went back. Anywhere you can wear Nikes all winter is ok by me. |
Daniel Jones signs with the Vikings. Y'all better hope Darnold doesn't go down.

Cast Off QB destination |

Worked for Darnold. Of course, it’d be hard not to look good throwing to JJ, Addison and Hock plus Jones. |

Can’t wait for DJ to light it up if he gets the chance. |
Two thoughts on DJ:
I’d love to get Moldy’s take. Also, probably one of the funniest thread chains I’ve seen in a while Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Love snow games. Reminds me of being a kid again. Heck, a think a lot of athletes will tell you the same thing.
Dislike rain / high wing though. If it's going to be sloppy, it should at least look pretty. I was going to do a "that's what she said" joke but realized it just didn't make sense in any context. Happy Thanksgiving all! |
First televised snow game that comes to mind was Steelers / Bengals back in late '70's were the only score was an Bennie Cunningham TD. Think the game was in Cinncy but not sure.

Shady McCoy was the best deep snow back I ever saw

Was at a game Bills vs Bengals. Couldn’t see past the 10 yard line with our end zone seats Booker Edgerson stripped the QB and came out of the snow for the winning score. Good times |
Did not know the Lions have lost there last 7 straight Thanksgiving day games and are only 11-19 in there last 30 Thanksgiving day games.
|
Stuffing sucks
Homemade cranberries No sweet potatoes or yams Pecan pie is delicious Hawaiian sweet rolls Green bean casserole with the onion things on top Mashed taters and gravy |
Did not know the Packers haven't won a Thanksgiving day home game in a 100 years and are only 15-20-2 in their Thanksgiving day games.

The Bears last home win on Thanksgiving I think was 92 years ago? |
The Bears last home win on Thanksgiving I think was 92 years ago?
I'll defer to your personal experience on that one. I like remembering the 2015 Thanksgiving game when the Bears came to Lambeau and ruined Brett Favre and Bart Starr Night by shutting out the Cheddered Ones in the second half and delivering a heart wrenching loss. |
Again, every time I look the Packers are playing at home. Jeez.
|
Corn (souflee) for the win!
|
Again, every time I look the Packers are playing at home. Jeez.
After today Packers don't play at home until Dec. 23rd. |
Lions on prime time single game is their time to show America they’re for real.
Bears don’t have the fire power to keep up. Lions 31 Bears 13 |
Shoulda been a pick
|
So..1st drive for Lions..and Gibbs doesn't touch the field...til 3rd and 9 from the Bears 12...
Ok.. |
Eberflus trying to stop Detroit's momentum I guess. Looked incomplete to me.
|
Happy Thanksgiving to all the American members.

CHI gonna lose that one
|
Not often a coach challenges to say a pass was complete for the other team lol
|
Calling it now final score
Lions 56 Bears 13 |
Goff with all day to pass
|
Really trying hard to make this Sonic and Knuckles thing work...
|
Well..at least Caleb didn't take a sack I guess
|
Y so salty?

Not salty...just gets really old really quick when it's said on every televised Lions game...redzone channel...First Take...Sportscenter...Fox....etc etc |
I guess that's understandable while watching them run all over your team.
|
