One of my favorites. The lower-number stuff is in high demand, especially the /10 and the framed 1/1.

Yeah the /10 gold xfractor is on ebay for $150.

Great pickup! Living in WV in the early 80’s, he’s the reason the I and my brother wore #3 as kids. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones.

I was wrong about 2005 Bowman Heritage having the only on-card Auto of Cutch's first go round with the Pirates. 2011 Gypsy Queen Framed Mini Relics Autographed /25.

A little disappointed in the obvious slash across the bottom right corner that wasn't visible in the eBay photo.

The O'Brien is the Target Rookie Auto/10 out of 2016 Topps Update.

I'm about halfway done with the Target and Walmart autograph sets.

Luckily that was a weaker RC class so the prices are more manageable.

Both sets have 19 cards.

Berrios, Story, Mazara, Urias, Snell, Taillon, Giolito, Fulmer, Byung Ho Park, Conforto, Jon Gray, Maeda, O'Brien, Piscotty, Sano, Schwarber, and Seager are in both sets.

Severino and Turner only in the Target set.

Nola and Henry Owens are only in the Walmart set.

Very strange configuration.

October Pickup thread
 

Very interesting. Needle in a haystack odds in a less than desirable retail format and the normal mix of perennial all stars and washouts. As a fan of that rat faced witch Blake Snell I tried to add the Walmart version of his a couple years back but in a shocker I was too cheap to land it on best offer. Luckily flipped a Urias awhile back in between two of his GF rageahol incidents

A fitting October pick up for my Ranger fan son.

The O'Brien is a great-looking card. Funny, I like that 90s Topps design more now than when it was released. haha.

Funny you mention the Thomas, I just picked one up after never owning one; best I got busting cellos as a kid were Juan Guzman and Bagwell

If you're suggesting 2005 bowman heritage and 2011 GQ are the only on-card autos of Cutch through 2017, I think he also had on cards autos in Allen & Ginter in that time frame.

They’re pretty neat. I regrettably passed on the chance to pick up a red ink /10 a year or two back, would have been a fun one!

Thanks a bunch! I’ve had that SP Authentic since it first came out.. I finally decided to get it graded. I was totally surprised it got a nine. :)

Not sure if this belongs here or not, but it is a October pickup, just not exactly a baseball card -- but close. Nice addition to my HOF autograph collection. This one hurt the wallet, but I wanted a nice signature. To those collecting HOF autographs, sometimes these post cards are a great alternative to a baseball card.
