I know that if I'm going to get any at a price where I feel comfortable (perhaps, slightly north of what the bottom-line of Prizm FOTL was), I'll be damned-lucky!!

I don't know how I am going to justify this one. 7 cards is rough. I really love Optic color.

So, it's 2 low numbered autos (one being an on-card RR) plus 2 low numbered cards...meaning the other 3 are base/inserts? Not bad

The last 3 are Holos, you can see it on the top of the box. Otherwise it would essentially be 4 cards. This makes more sense as FOTL Prizm had silvers as the filler on top of the #’d

So the rookies should all be on-card, if the are true RR autos. The vets will probably all be sticker.

I would assume. But Fast Break RR are stickers. So there's always the possibility.

The floor is $150. I think they are gone by $300-$350.

The 3 Holos make a huge difference. Assuming a 200 base card set, the approximate value on each should be:

- 3 Holos: $30
- 2 Purple Stars: $30
- 1 Purple Stars Auto: $20

The RR exclusive auto should be the big hit...so I'm guessing 70 on average? If the average value per box is 150, these should easily go for 300.

When prices are out of whack it throws everything out of whack.

Just like prizm, you are better off breaking Optic Choice instead of Optic FOTL. You get better value out of Choice.

For sure. At 7 cards in either an FOTL or Choice, Choice is the way to go. Is just unfortunate that getting your hands on choice is quite hard being an Asia only release.

Yep for sure. We were lucky last year that Panini sold some of them to us direct here in the U.S. after they did the Asia release. Of course that was before the big Optic craze.

As I suspect these will be gone before it gets under $300, I don't anticipate going for any.

At least Zion has a couple more games before having to decide how much is worth the risk.

The big 3 will have them. You won't be able to pre order any unless you live in Asia. But they usually have some for sale after the product has been released though.

In for 4 of these at $305. If they're gone by then, they're gone.

Nothing makes sense anymore. Maybe opening, the value isn't there, but come on. These will be desired once they sell out and retail dries up. Hobby boxes are going for $450 so you have to imagine that these will be going for close to that, if not more, in a few weeks.

Or I could be way off and wrong. Either way, I'm considering buying a few to hold if it dips below $250 which I doubt it will.

Last year I picked up 4 optic FOTL for 340. NO tax. Able to lo ull Black Velocity /39 pulled 2. Pink Velocity /79 pulled 2. Gold /10 pulled 2. RR in card Autos 3 in 4 boxes. Tons of refractors and base. PUrple stars /13 in each box and had a blast opening full boxes. THIS year. Lucky to get 2 for 500 with tax and can we even pull a black Velocoty in these boxes? 1 pack with 7 cards? This sucks

You can only get Holos and FOTL exclusive cards in this box, not great

You know the hobby is in a good place when Optic and Prizm have the same pack configuration as NT.

This stuff is far more brutal than prizm fotl. If I'm reading correctly, there's only one fotl parallel exlusive. Prizm you still had a wide range of color with a very real chance at black 1/1's.

Serious.. I picked up 5 FOTL prizm boxes and got lucky and did well. These look brutal. Hard pass for me at anything over $300.

They've just completely bastardized the FOTL program. I'll save my money for retail.

This 100%. I for sure wont buy any to open. If I see flip potential (I have a price in mind) then I will get some to flip. But no way will I buy this to open. Absolutely terrible configuration for Optic FOTL. IMHO

These should settle around initial hobby price if Prizm or Contenders were any indications

All releases so far have got pretty close to the price floor... I think these will sell out at 250ish. I think the appetite for 7-card boxes is a bit limited
