Does prizm psa 10 crack $300 tonight???

Following .... few more good games and I believe he should.

I had a PSA 9 Blue Wave Prizm on ebay for 150- so glad it didnt sell I was able to mark up the price :)

I have a PSA 10 that I sent in myself and picked up a raw one before Sunday for about $110. I used to have 4-5 Green Scope Prizms, a Jersey #'d camp Prizm #'d 04/25, 2 Optic Green RR and 2 Optic Gold RR, and a few other nice cards I sold last year like a dummy. Luckily I kept a few. Glad to see he's finally getting some real hobby love.

Yep - time to get some of these graded. Have a few more stacks to pull out as well.

Opened 4 blasters of 2017 Prizm tonight and pulled a disco, I’m a fan!

Didn’t crack $300 last night but pretty sure $289 is a new high.

My Disco Prizm Auto RC PSA 10 auctioned for over 1300 last night. Paid 580 for that card right before the season started.

So much upside on QBs that are rolling you can nearly double your profit in matters of weeks. Just got a gem for 210 last week I’m hoping he does well going forward maybe he’ll crack the 350-400 price range when all is said and done.

And this is how you invest in football. It's typically not a long-term thing. You have to ride the waves and take your profits when they present themselves.

What was your previous ebay ID?

While it is nice to finally see Watson being recognized, I still stand by what I have seen from this kid in his career. He was a winner in college and will be a winner in the NFL. I know Mahomes has already been handed the 2019 MVP and agree that he is an unbelievable talent, but I think Watson gives him a run for his money this year and going forward. As a football fan I am excited that Mahomes and Watson will be going at it for hopefully the next 15 years.

In regards to his cards it never made sense to me that Mahomes was worth 10x the price of Watson and as for this current upswing, I think people are finally recognizing that. Much like in baseball this year when people finally realized in August that Juan Soto is a special talent and his cards popped up closer to Acuña.

I bought his variation contenders for 300 before the big game. Looks like it's doing close to 600 now.

Was looking at my spreadsheet - bought the Prizms that I didn't pull for $10 and the Stained Glass for around $20 each. Only card I bought since his rookie season was an Optic Contenders Red /75 this summer because they were so cheap.

His NT Stars & Stripes sold Sunday for $18,611. Not bad

8's! That would be an improvement for me!

The problem is now that if you continue to wait and his prices climb then you might end up paying more to get them graded because they would go to a different price level. If you are just keeping them, like myself then I would just send them in and not worry about the wait.

True. I was wondering the other day how PSA would handle current situations like this now since it's mostly their fault. Example - I sent in some Mahomes in a Jewcer sub two months ago. All of them under $199. Now some of them are $400 or more. But they were fine at the price point when they were submitted.

Well one it is received they can’t change the pricing just because a cards value has increased while they had the card. If you are looking long term I wouldn’t continue to wait. Especially since it looks like you own all of the Watson Prizm cards in existence :)

Just remember that’s the value they use for insurance purposes so if they go missing a la the Mahomes Contenders that’s all u are getting.

XRC's are skyrocketing. People don't want to miss the boat like Mahomes. All the Tie Dyed ones got snatched up yesterday too :(

Contenders going for close to 600 now. Optic states 800 but don't see how it does more than the true contenders auto

I think people are diversifying with Watson and Mahomes. Doesn't seem like a bad strategy - just wish Houston would get him an offensive line.

Crazy leap in prices on Deshaun, good to see, he’s a good character guy..he “haunted” me in boxes I opened, couldn’t seem to hit any Mahomes back then. Kept these guys, probably need to grade them now..not for sale, just wanted to share:

Nice. That XRC is awesome. I picked up the Red Contenders Optic back in May for about $200. Also picked up a couple of the NT /99 for $100 each. The vertical ones without the patch. I think they look better than the RPAs.

This is still one of my favorite cards I have - on card autos. I hate stickers.

Right now - $500-700

Panini did a real good job on the Select release. Really looks like something from the 90's.

I'd take $650 all day on it lol. I'm not a Watson guy really. I'm baffled by the Watson price.

I picked up a few this past week to ride the wave. No clue where it’s going but 17 NFL products look to be a good long term buy. I grabbed:

All seemed like pretty solid buys especially where high grades are moving

I picked up about a dozen as well. All of the cards numbered to 25 or less were under $50 each. Figure the risk vs reward is definitely worth it. Luckily I got them all right before everyone jacked their prices up.

Ended up picking up an Orange Prizm, Light Blue Prizm, and a Prizm Blue Wave auto over the past two weeks. Just gonna ride the wave as well.

Seems cheap to me. I had 2 of these raw last year and held them for a few months and ended up selling them for right around what I paid which was $300ish iirc. If a PSA 10 Holo is $150 or so a green /5 should be more than $600 imo. Weird hobby sometimes.

Yep - sorta like some of the Prizm colors going for less than the base.

I bought the last two Purple /50 Optics listed (still kicking myself for not buying the one last month at auction for only $50). Trying to complete a partial rainbow of PSA-graded Deshaun Optic and Prizm RCs to go with my Mahomes.

Regarding the Watson Prizm Silver RCs, there was a guy selling a bunch of PSA 10's last off season for only $25 inc. shipping. I bought a couple of them, but should have bought more...
