With the product set to release next week what is everyone's thoughts on it this year?

$700 pre-sell for five hits and a base card....ouch

I'm sooped, got in for 2 boxes at a super low price but that was literally all I could find without spending an arm and a leg... wish me luck, I just want something light, like a Zingy logoman...

excited. Want a Towns Acetate /32 (if they're as nice as they've been in past years) and the Lyles logo man auto.

Will be looking for singles for my PC (hopefully in a Suns uni:mad:) $700/box is too high for me and not worth it imo but wish everybody breaking best of luck:)!

Is there a checklist anywhere? I've been looking but can't find one yet. I think the cards look great, looking forward to some team or group breaks.

Have there ever been duals of these pairs in the past:

Vince Carter & TMAC
Kobe and Ai
TMAC & Damon stoudemire
Nash & Finley

And then Shaq/Kobe and Shaq/penny that is cool

But at the same time looking at that checklist o was thinking of building a potential
Box based on some of the lowere end guys but don't feel like it... But boy it looks like it has the potential to be Brutal

Some of the triple and quad autographed sets are ridiculous. However it seems they may have been too overambitious. Week out and still no updates from their blog. Cautiously optimistic.

Lots of cool stuff on the checklist.

Also happy to have some nice Otto Porter cards in this.

Oh man, if that Kobe/Shaq is live, that's an all-timer.

Meh, looks okay.

Really cool to see Marc Gasol with some auto's in this set. Definitely gonna have to pick up a patch/auto #/25.

Also, if anyone pulls the Alonzo Gee Christmas Day Logoman or sees anyone pull it, PLMK.

I would love an acetate Towns RPA, but that might break me mentally and financially. Maybe if I see one around X-mas, then the funds are worth the plight.

Of course, if the RPA's look like the Silhouettes (in terms of stitching versus patches), I'm going to laugh about it instead. No way Panini does that in Immac lol

I think this might be the best year of immaculate that I have seen. I have already made a list of cards that I want to get. :)!

Kawhi/Parker/LMA triple Auto
Kobe/Shaq/Horry triple
Shaq/Kobe/Malone/Payton quad auto

Looks like there's more boxes this year as there's a bronze base /49 instead of the red /25.

Okay so I hope I'm not reading that checklist right but No Premium Patches Autograph for Porzingis and Towns...but towns has the 1/1 version. I hope they both have cards in this set. One of my favorite sets every year.

The lakers quad autos have me drooling.
Kobe, Shaq, GP, Malone and Kobe, Shaq, West, Magic (wish it were Kareem instead of west)

There's definitely more produced this year:

2014/15- 2700 cases and 13,500 boxes
2015/16- 3180 cases and 15,900 boxes

The RC RPAs are going to fall at greater odds though:

2014/15- 33 Subjects and 3267 total cards /99 = 1.21 a case or 6 per 5 cases
2015/16- 50 Subjects and 4950 total cards /99 = 1.55 a case or 7 per 5 cases

As for the Dual, Triple, and Quads:

Duals- 2676 Total Cards = 0.84 per case or 4 per 5 cases
Triples- 540 Total Cards = 0.16 per case or 1 per 7 cases
Quads- 150 Total Cards = 0.04 per case or 1 per 20 cases
Total of all multi signed Cards- 3366 Total Cards = 1.05 per case or a case hit

Checklist look solid but the price is way to high for my budget. I'm just going to wait for singles to hit the bay and maybe join a group break.

Some really epic dual autos, and the those quad autographs are crazy good. Good job on that Panini.

I hope the Dirk autos are on card and Shaq autos are back to his signature when he was with Topps. I wish Bill Russell signed for more sets in this.

As has been said, there are some sick cards on the checklist (Kyrie Irving auto galore), but it'll be interesting to see if they all get made. I'd love to pick up some Jumbo Patches Team Logo's of some Cavaliers players. I'll have to wait for eBay though, literally every group break I've seen has the Cavaliers sold out.

How come on some of the multi autos guys have two teams next to their name.

Like the Penny Shaq one has Shaq listed as a laker and magic.

Does this mean there will be 2 versions? One with laker Shaq and one with Magic shaq?

I get a KAT/KG/Wiggins/Lavine Quad which is all I wanted before the ticket retires....

Some nice logoman duals and quad autos. Terrible RPA's but looks like a good product. THe logoman looks nice this year. NT > for rookies

No auto mate, just a quad materials /49, patch prime /10 and a 1/1 version.

KG's never signed for Panini. Think his last UD auto was about 2010.

$700 is just the price the stores have driven it up to, which I guess means a lot of people are happy around that price point for the content.

Jokic missing from the Acetate RPA's? A logoman and logoman auto though. That's probably more odd than him having no RPA in NT.

As for my other guy, would like a Towns Acetate RPA, and we'll see about the logoman auto.

So the D'Angelo Russell acetate will be 1/1?...

So how about the case price？I know it's crazy high now but will it be cooling down a bit or it keeps climb cuz new season is right around the corner

Sad that this is true. I think because of the name it'll sell out, breakers will have a blast etc. But in future years if the boxes look as bad as the ones Panini broke, this could turn from a staple into an afterthought. I really hope not and hope other boxes and cases are loaded.

Any changes in thoughts now?
