I feel like it’s much more difficult than that. There are 25 players in the set. Half the players haven’t had a single one listed.
I think it’s something like 1 in 10-15 cases. Not sure if any were ever pulled from a FOTL box either, although I haven’t watched too many of those breaks. 10-20 copies of each would be my guess. |

Blez went thru 45 cases of fotl and didn’t pull any full capacity. So I’m guessing it’s hobby only. |

Yeah maybe they figured the FOTL bonuses were value enough and kept Full Capacity to just the regular. I just picked up these. They look great. Colors pop, refractor like shine, and a thicker stock than the other Flux cards. |
Panini Revolution is the closest parallel to Metal Universe. The Lava and Galactic parallels will become iconic one day (more so than now).
|
I think Panini Revolution is not cool enough. And this year's design was atrocious. Flux will happen a maximum of 3 more years, I imagine. And maybe they will take some lessons about creating a legacy set that doesn't just repeat ever year. Too late for Rev.

The designs on the first 2 years were fantastic. The print run on 2015 was also very low on Galactics. Unfortunately, they've ramped it up since. |
Thats what I mean. Flux as a standalone set, has basically been capped. It's not like Prizm, where they keep the presses open for a year. New crop of rookies to focus on.
Meantime, no matter how high they ramp it up next time, it will be easy to keep the Flux years straight, cause it's going out with Panini. Whereas Revolution, assuming it continues, is a decade-long mishmash. Although I believe you are right, first or second year Galactics of the 2013-17 class have not nearly reached their potential. |

The gold scope base might be the best looking. Hate this scratched up case on the gold Titan /5, but imagine I better leave it in there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The scratched cases bother me as well. As others have stated the pop report is looking favorable for Flux cards, I'm tempted to grade one of the two black scope Duncan's I've snagged. I'm actively looking for the Duncan Gold /5 if any one finds it. -Chris |
Incredible write-up, OP. Very thorough and meticulous, and it has led to over 200 posts discussing card designs and options including plenty of pictures of people sharing their cards. One of the highest quality threads I've read on these boards in a long time.
For all the poopoo Panini gets, they seem to have produced a lot of cards people really enjoy over the last decade plus. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

Got this one in yesterday. There is a lot of color you can’t really see without holding it in hand or taking quality photos. #NebulaVibez Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The only 1/1s are the cracked ice, mojo, and plain black, which I think is what I have? It just has a shimmer type finish, usually associated with FOTL. |
Which one?
I'll show it off when it arrives - should be tomorrow or the next day |

I’m calling lebron! |
Thank you for this write up. i love these types of posts and articles regarding designs and just overall love of cards-
These are gorgeous indeed!! |
Any updates on the frequency of Full Capacity hits in hobby? Is it closer to 1 in every 2 cases or one in every 10 cases? It did not appear in FOTL or percolate down to retail, right? Hobby exclusive.

The Full Capacity I bought was listed as "mint condition" but has 12-15 surface/printer lines - anyone with these know if this is common? I'd imagine so with the finish/acetate on the surface of the cards - still kinda peeved though - wished the sellers would just be honest. I do see some listed on ebay as saying this.
My dilemma is that I am [was?] happy with the price and these seem very rare so I might just say "oh well" and keep it but put the seller on my "don't trust with condition" list. |

I don't really mind as I think they all look sharp if you're not looking for the issue, but certainly understand wanting to have a clean copy. Which one did you get? I was likely bidding on it |
