It's going to get ugly in the oracle arena soon.

Things are great. Chillin at my North LA house instead of my South Bay house tonight. Feeling good about my undefeated, NBA Champion Cavs.

tennelson55 11-03-2016 11:16 PM

Oh my sweet baby.

Durantula 11-04-2016 12:05 AM

Putting up huge numbers in close games against the Sixers and Suns don't impress me too much. I would have been impressed if RW had put up a TD with a W tonight.

It's pretty obvious what OKC is worth without their former best player. Oh wait, there are still some people out there who think Westbrook is better lolz!

Durant put Westbrock back to earth great game!

20/6/10 in 28 minutes. Had he played a normal 36-38 minutes he almost for sure would have had one.

exitmusicblue 11-04-2016 01:18 AM

Everyone is doomed. Cavs would be 1-4 had they faced the Dubs each of the first 5 games. Lo siento, Jose.

...on 27% shooting with 6 turnovers. Let's paint the whole picture here.

When I checked in on the score they were getting beaten by about 30 in the third and he only had about 12.

Yes, Westbrook didn't have a triple double or a spectacular game. Yes, the Thunder got blown out.

Did you expect the Thunder to win? I said that I knew you would come in here and nitpick what Westbrook did wrong instead of looking at the team as a whole. The Thunder has no other players to support him. Also, sounds again like you can't contain yourself from hating on Westbrook.

You're a joke!
Your fellow Westbrook lover comments that he would probably have had a triple double had he played more minutes.
I wasn't going to comment but then simply state the FACTS that he shot poorly and had lots of turnovers. Yet I'm 'nitpicking' and 'hating on him'.
Get over it, bro.

asujbl 11-04-2016 07:02 AM

If you told me one guy would take 24 shots, and one would take 15, I would have bet my house that I knew which was which.

And I would have been wrong

This thread is about Westbrook, not the Thunder...look at the title.

It's like people that tell me John Wall is a superstar because he averages 20/10. If you're not looking at shooting percentage and turnovers, you are going to have a terrible player evaluation.

Russ was playing a back to back so I do give him a little pass. But let's be real. The Warriors may win 70 games, can't hate on the Thunder too much for this one.

Rareairx23 11-04-2016 07:09 AM

Oh well cant win em all, wish westbrook would have played more, but he did shoot poorly tonight.

Durant's move to GS forever prevents him from being a beast. weakest move in sports. period.

It's not just poor shooting. He was being highly contested and there was alot of uncalled contact early on which took the steam right out of the thunder.

The blocked dunk was being highly praised up to the moment they replayed it and then they didn't talk about it again because it was an uncalled foul. Hand never even touched the ball.

Oh i know, trust me i had choice words for the tv last night lol (big thunder fan) but i just try and take away things that can be fixed

I've been on this thread defending Russ, and no excuses here...Russ had a bad game and he'll have those. He seemed to really want to prove to the world he didn't need KD and it affected his game. The Warriors are a vastly superior team to the Thunder, I've never argued that never will, if the game was at home/away, back to back or not, the Warriors should take care of the Thunder regardless, maybe not 29 point blowout, but hey the Spurs did the same too..it happens..this just get magnified obviously because of the Russ/KD dynamic and Round 1 went to KD by a landslide. It did seem like a perfect storm though for KD and the Warriors with the Thunder having to eek out a win the night before against the Clippers, and KD got to get his first game out of the way a against the Thunder at home, where he's viewed as the superhero. Not excuses, it was a dangerous combination of KD too wanting to prove he made the right decision, having the crowd fuel that motivation and just great over team ball from the Warriors to get him going and get him the ball. I just hope OKC plays them better the next time around

Not 4 not 5 not 6 not 7... Weakest move nationally televised...

Seriously, we would all change our work if we get better working conditions, better earning, better environment, better coworkers, better boss.

KD made a decision which is best for him. He didnt want to continue to play in a planless ISO Game system with a ballhog like Westbrook Running your Team.
Everybody of us would do what Is best for our career!

Stop judging other other people. Durant own the the City of okc nothing. He owns nothing to people who burn his jersey. He gave his all for that Sonics franchise. Too many Injuries, bad Coaching and wrong decisions by the management! They should have kept Harden instead of Ibaka and go small ball.

Comments like yours are just immature.

It seems KD fits well into the new system, get along pretty good with teammates and coach.

Believe me RW knows what he is missing! Great petformance and ball movement by GS!

Lklk52 11-04-2016 09:53 AM

Durant played A great game last night and warriors got it going, Westbrook played poorly and Kerr did good job doubling him in half court. Durant sd he loves shooting open 3s but watch the replay of game, 5 of the 3s he hit were with a hand in his grill. Same shots he took in OKC with Westbrook...GS fans will cringe when he Melts in Crunch Time! Like Russ sd last night "One game and we will get better" No difference than when Spurs to GS to Woodshed opening night!
On A Side note: How does Chris Webber Keep his job, he's Horrible!!!!!

WaiverWire 11-04-2016 10:17 AM

Westbrook is a superstar, but I don't think he can ever be the best guy on a championship team.
