He had his own segment in Ken Burns' Baseball (although it was far too short, and needs to be updated with his further accomplishments since it first aired).

There will be much more the closer we get to him being enshrined in the Hall of Fame, and yes, I will be in Cooperstown on that historic day (already have reservations).

Friend of mine got this from a group break.

He's leaning towards keeping it, but was curious of value.

Would definitely appreciate some input.

This card means a lot to me, so getting a graded one was always on my want-list. I was actually at this game when this photo was taken. Ichiro got traded to the Yankees the day before the Mariners started their series against the Yankees. I remember being so heart broken when the news broke out. My wife actually bought us tickets to the first game against the Yankees so I can see it in person. I was depressed at the game. I couldn’t believe my favorite baseball player of all time is now playing for the team I have always disliked. When Ichiro came up to bat for the first time against the Mariners, Ichiro took off his helmet and respectfully bowed to all the Seattle fans before he went to the plate. Topps put that moment on Ichiro’s 2012 Update “photo variation SP” card. Every time I look at it, it brings me back to the stadium when that moment happened.
