And to answer the post above, I submitted as a crossover in the BGS case with a min grade of 10. I’ve had mixed results doing this, but when they cross, it is glorious!!

In the case. No way I was cracking those. Though I did look at them closely with a loupe and centering is spot on. The silver foil is even centered, which I wish would be taken into account as it drives me nuts seeing it stamped into the white boarders on so many copies of these. Happy to share my results when they get back to me sometime in 2022.

Crossover with a stray c note tucked inside the package? Lol. I’m sure they’re getting a ton of these BGS 9.5 -> PSA min grade 10 submissions so I’m hoping they don’t start to grade them more sternly.

Basically it's not "iconic". I have a bowman paper, chrome and finest. I don't see much movement on any of them. I still don't get why the finest isn't more. I think it's his best looking rookie besides etopps.

Yeah, I never really bought it as an investment. I bought it for $2k a few years ago and would have been okay if the price just held steady. Now it's gotten to the point where it would have financially hurt me if he, god forbid, got seriously injured. That's only a reasonable risk for someone who is richer than I am. I genuinely hope it becomes a $100k card some day though, for the hobby's sake.

Thanks! No, that wasn't me. I sold mine offline but in that ballpark.

I'm surprised chromes haven't moved as much either. I bought blue ref auto around the same time I bought the hope diamond. The blue ref cost about 25% more than the hope diamond but when I sold it last year, it went for less than the hope did. The Updates are definitely getting more love as of late. I know I personally prefer the Updates over the BC but they're both great.

Good feedback. I'm surprised as well. Figure it's likely the market found a temporary cure for VD. Like any VD, I'd bet on a flare up at any moment. :D

If you are referring to the one on eBay slabbed by PSA. I'd hit the BIN right away if i didn't already have one.

Why wouldn't they just grade it PSA 1? I'd rather have a grade (regardless of how low) than for it to just say authentic.
