They had no alpha last year either. Players just kind of took turns down the stretch and it worked.

Losing ibaka and gasol hurt big time. Ibaka is still a very great defender and very underrated on the offensive end. Gasol is such an intelligent player on both ends (even if he’s a little slower physically), we definitely miss the big body down low.

Something is off with the team. I don’t know what’s going on in the locker room but there is something going on with siakam. He fouled the last two games he played before tonight and was benched by nurse for “personal” reasons for the Knicks game. I’m not sure if the trade talk is getting to him or if it’s the pressure of being the “guy” but something is up

Quickley is the real deal ... they got a lot of work to do but 30 wins this season is a good start.
