I have a major issue with holding onto Soto that I need to fix. I keep trying and I keep failing. I told myself I was going to keep my last PSA 10 US300, but then someone offered me an 89 Topps Traded Griffey for it, and now I have no Soto at the moment.

When will I learn? lol

I’m deployed right now so I won’t see any of these cards I’ve picked up recently till I get back home during the summer time. But I’m stoked to have this one on the way!

This. I was so pissed i sold my two bgs 10 us300s but it was to fund my
2019 Sapphire orange gem and the 18 bowmans best gold auto gem.

Annoyed the BGS 10 were just about double a week later but obviously that coincided with the other two cards each worth close to double what i paid. If not more.

Similarly A month or 2 ago I was still feeling a bit of remorse after selling a lot of 13 us300 (2-3 gems in the lot ) for these back in august. I auctioned them and only pulled $330 or so. It ended up being a wash, PJ’s for Flagship and at the time obviously PJ’s were just not pulling the numbers they are today. But I remember reading sell regs for “rare” about 2 years ago. I still have plenty up update packs and 5 sets of update chrome and 1 pink update set. Decent base stash was my thought.

I sold:
13- us300 $330

I grabbed :
Rc Prizm Auto $90
Rc Prizm Blue Ice $55 (Reggie made me do it)
Rc Update salute Auto $100
Rc Flawless Diamond $170 (Reggie made me do it)

This forum from a lurking position can give you some decent advice, to say the least.

I won a Probstein auction. It was for a 2019 chrome refractor (different player but, who knows, I may trade it for a Soto!). After I won, I remembered seeing threads about Probstein. Some of them may have been on card trimming. In any event: probably nothing to worry about in terms of the authenticity or other issues of a 2019 chrome - right?

Probstein has their obvious issues but Im guessing you don't need to worry about a 2019 Chrome Refractor being trimmed. IMO.

I opened a value pack of 2019 Topps Chrome because I found them on Amazon for $80 and I can tell you that the rookie refractors come out of the pack slightly smaller than the surrounding base cards.
