Quick question, how do you realize the proceeds? Transfer to some type of wallet, and have u actually done that?
Nope, it's all just $$$ tied up that he can't withdraw.

Like a free casino.

Not yet, i will just keep it in Top Shot. I will transfer it to a wallet thing. This will be my crypto digital investment venture.

This thread convinced me. Just days ago I thought buying multiple laptops for different tasks and liquidating my condos to buy gifs was stupid, but the few examples on here and constant reminder of hefty profits and cash in hand is too intriguing to pass up. Now I have about half a mil to play with and for some reason they instantly approved me to withdraw so I’ll test that out on my new laptop. Guess they are letting us bigger bois in early and leaving you plebs to wait for "approval"

Just got a Cody Martin 2nd year gif for $75 for fun, I’ll be going whale hunting after golf

This is the proper way to do this. Congrats and good luck sir.

I would like to see someone actually confirm that they sold their moments for gains and then were able to transfer their currency to an actual financial institution.

The problem with most of the people who invest in these types of digital currencies is they become a victim of never actually realizing profits. If the market is actually being manipulated the people that just sit back and move the same money around between A and B will always lose money.

You know, this was probably always the wrong place to have a constructive conversation about the value of Digital Collectibles. Just another P2020 thread with guys yammering on about why they're right and you're wrong. How fun!
I don't know what Fantasy Hub is or was.. But I know I wouldn't put a dime into a DFS site other than FD or DK. The main reason is I want to see who "Backs it" before I put any money into anything..

This was really the reason I guess I took a flyer on TS.. gave me all the confidence in the product I needed.. Even if I do like Panini's baseball design (prizm color, nat'l treasures, etc) the Licensing plays a bigger role in what I choose to collect.

Lastly, things like this crack me up.. My man is copping rare Ariza's 2 days ago and then this..

Am I reading this correctly? Trevor Ariza cards numbered to 300 are selling for $600? Does Trevor Ariza even have 10 actual cards that sell for over $100? And we don't think this is going to come crashing down at any moment?

Digital. All the same to me.

You need to worry about making your own money . If you worry too much about negatives and words. you will fail.

I can call it sand dollars if i want. But my coinbase account is still same. i will call it dinosaurbase. Keep on correcting me.

Same goes for all my slabs. It is valued but not actually sold yet. All the same. potential unrealized profits.

Already making plenty of money in legit things, just sad to see people think they're making money when they haven't hit the cashout button...because that button isn't there!

You question the Ariza sales, but not the LeBron gif for over $70k?

No doubt. Some of this has been manipulated to the moon and there's a ton of FOMO buying going on. You can argue scarcity and what not, but the reality is there needs to be some underlying value to the asset or the fact that it is scarce is meaningless. Some of the big name, lower numbered moments definitely have value, but some of these pumped up moments of nobody are going to crash and burn in the coming weeks as people are able to get money out of the site.

I bought a $14 pack and sold a 30 second clip of Rui dishing out an assist for $185.

What in the hell.

So go ahead and withdraw your money and put into your bank account.

PS...I can see the future and it looks just like Labor Day Weekend 2020 - Topps Project 2020.

Update!!! Many of my commons that were /9,000+ yesterday are now listed as being /12,000+!!

I think I'm winning. What do you think, grade?

That's just 3,000 more gifs for people to profit off of!!!!

3000 x $5000 per common = $15M in value.

Sorry you missed the boat!!!!

I think this game is going to go on for a little while. I bet upwards of 90% of the money in TS is stuck in the system for the next 4-6 weeks. I just wouldn't want to be the guy without a chair when the music stops.

So now I'm sure that Lebron /1 is probably $150k

yiguiri2002 01-22-2021 04:07 PM

I don't wanna comment on this until I've seen someone cash out. Depending on how long/much you are able to get from your funds, this could be great/a disaster.

Vinny1984 01-22-2021 04:13 PM

I’m being serious. I’m trying to catch up:

1. Deposit funds with CC
2. Buy a pack if you get one before the bots
3. Sell the clip for what seems like guaranteed profit at this point
4. Get $ credited to your account
5. Maybe get paid out in two months when god only knows what is going on behind the scenes?

I’m honestly not trying to knock it and I would be willing to try it for sh*ts and giggles but having funds withheld for that period of time is a big red flag.

Adam85 01-22-2021 04:26 PM

So what happened with Bitconnect is it was being shilled for months. There was 3 Billion deposited into accounts on the website. Then they froze withdraws and gave everyone tokens for what they had deposited on the site. The price of the token crashed 90% very quickly.
