It can be encapsuled for the $11.25. that is not what you've referred to above though, what you're referring to above is them grading the card and or autograph that's already been authenticated by psa/dna. This is for a blue flip authentication only

Sorry I am new to grading of autos like this from PSA. All what I want is for PSA to say that the auto on the card is real that was signed IP. Is that the 11.25?

Yes it is, they won't grade the signature or card, just say if it's real or not
