Yeah, replays are tough to follow. Keep the blinders on
Grasp at those straws. |
Could've been called a foul twice and they swallowed the whistle both times! Wild
Not surprising. Oh well, on to Dallas |
That was a close, marginal call. Can't blame the refs on this one.
But it also shows why so many people lack faith in the Celtics: they were clearly the best team today, by far, and they would've been in a one possession game with the right whistle. |
Hand is part of the ball.
It is. But they blew that call in the 1st when Washington clearly got more ball than hand. White clearly got more hand than ball. Have to be consistent. |

Not the only thing these officials are swallowing so far this series. |
This one was out there for Dallas to steal. They couldn't pull it out and now the series is very close to being over, unfortunately.
|
Maybe Dallas would've won if Luka wasn't a turnstile on defense.
|
The conquest to absolute victory is not without its detractors.
And for those detractors, let the tears flow profusely. I have no tissues to offer. |
The Celtics shot terrible from 3 today and Tatum also has a pretty poor FG shooting game. Dallas really missed an opportunity here in game 2. Celtics aren’t usually going to be this ice cold from 3.

This is a game they would've lost in previous years. |
Great Luka game, C's couldn't hit threes and still a pretty decisive win.
|
fmvp watch, whos leading it? through 2, brown averaging 22/5/5 on 56%, tatum 17/10/9 on 32%, and jrue 19/10/4 on 65%.
|
Pordingus is the obvious tipping point in this series.
His double digit points, rebounding and blocks off the bench are indispensable. Allows their wings to play mid and still pull out the dub. JB for FMVP. Maybe Holiday if he keeps the scoring up (which I don't foresee). Tatum ain't it. Unless peripherals are the nu nba market paradigm. |

He's putting up starter lines off the bench in limited pt. With super high efficiency. And basically neutralizing Dallas' bigs when he's on the floor. He never quite lived up to the expectations throughout his career, but this system was the perfect fit for him. |
Tatum maybe running 5th for MVP, shouldn't even be mentioned honestly
|
I absolutely love Conehead getting plastered with all this newfound media shine.
He has the endearing puerile stare of the olsen twins circa '93. Adorable overload. |

8 TOs by Luka and Dallas shooting worse from 3 than Boston.... Bad showing by both squads. |

I think it's a tie between Luka/JB/Jrue so far |

I'm not expecting to him to make a impact the rest of the series if he even plays again with the way he was moving around the last few minutes he was in the game. |

I would say the C's defense has a great showing |
I think it's a tie between Luka/JB/Jrue so far
Lululemon ain't copping it if Dallas doesn't win it all. Even if he averages 50/15/15. You're going all the way back to The Logo. |
I think it's a tie between Luka/JB/Jrue so far
if lebron didnt get it in 2015 luka shouldnt get it on a losing squad. |

dang i didnt realize it was that bad. he also had 3 points 1/6 in the fourth with 2 turnovers. he was obviously gassed. |
I honestly thought King Hotep would rise to the occasion this finals series, especially considering the revenge narrative and his previous experience on this stage.
But damn he's been terrible. Or whatever's below terrible. Forcing ill-advised shots, putting up a donut from deep, and not finding other ways to contribute when his game isn't on. Hope this isn't a precursor to another anti-kosher relapse. |
