It was a serious question. I hadn't ever noticed you liking a certain team, so I was asking the question. I'm in a lot of team threads talking basketball. I don't think it's a rule on the forum that you can only participate in your favorite teams' thread. I don't even think there is a Bulls thread, nor should there be lol. I was just making sure I was right to lump you in the all of the "new (fake)" Laker fans.
your trolling is transparent, nice try. |
Nasty dunk by Lonzo.
Exciting home and home for my Spurs vs you guys, especially with us being up 2-0 on the series. We got trounced by Utah so need to bounce back. |
That was a legendary 4th qtr even by LeBron standards. Sweet win, hopefully they don't get stomped out Friday.
|
no passive lebron tonight, huge fourth quarter playing well on both ends. role players hitting big shots when given the opportunity. its nice to see this lakers team learning how to finish games compared to the start of the season. i hope ingram recovers quick, xray negative so thats good. whats up with the spurs? they have to much talent and good coaching to be second to last in the west and 3-7 over their last 10.
|
LeBron just emasculated the Spurs.
Offense, Defense, Scoring, Passing... Everything. Stat of the night though: JaVale McGee: 18 minutes Minus 21 Tyson Chandler: 28 minutes Plus 27 Don't know what that means, but interesting. |
Didn't really have high expectations for the Spurs coming into the year. Looks like they are who they are. But the loss of Murray and Parker are huge. Defensively they cannot stop any position.
God bless Pop for sticking with the franchise. I'd never count them out for missing the playoffs though. Lakers keep getting stronger. Lebron continues to show confidence in his teammates. Ball and Hart knocking down big shots late. Ingram looking more and more like Wiggins. All the potential in the world, but underwhelms 80% of the time. |

I think we have the worst D in the League. I'm glad I bet on the Spurs +9 though. I saw the 1st half and then was shocked we somehow got a 6 or 8 pt lead in the 3rd. Then it sounds like LeBron happened, who the hell is gonna stop him though, Rudy Gay is our bet. Ah well. 2 more days and it's LAL @ SA I can't see SA in the Playoffs this season. Scary. |

He's still a mastermind, but there's only so much you can do with the pieces you have. |
Would it kill Panini to use this photo on a card this year?

You can’t plug in another nice piece to overcome that because every move they made was under the impression he would be there. but along with the injuries and the loss of Parker you loss Ginobili which was huge from a leadership perspective. They were 6-2 and now at 11-14 and not sure if they are even playing for the playoffs at times. Sitting right above the Suns who also roasted them this season.....smh |

I cant say im surprised. I would have to think he could help with bench scoring but we all know hes a defensive liability. would the lakers have to trade for him or would it just cost money since he and the rockets have agreed to part ways? if its cheap enough, it could be a worthy gamble. if it doesnt work bench him and let him walk. |

No need need to add the real thing. |
The team is starting to click. Better bring in Carmelo to ruin chemistry and teach people how to not play defense.
|
i feel what you guys are saying, but i would rather have melo taking shots over beasley or Mykhailiuk. the chemistry does worry me, but as i said, if its a cheap gamble then take it. now if melo is expecting to be starting or getting 30 minutes a night, i say no way.

lebron 24/7/8 at halftime and kuz with 17/3/2. only a 4 point lead though.
|
epic 4th quarter collapse tonight, i only watched up to halftime, what happened?
|
gave up 44 in the fourth, poor defense. nice 4 game win streak, time to start another.

The Spurs happened. Great win for SA, we needed it bad after a rough schedule. Doesn't get any easier either. LA have a very tough schedule coming up also. It's gonna be exciting to find out just how good they can be. |
lakers thumping the grizz tonight. much better defense.
|
time for Lonzo to go to the G league
|
time for Lonzo to go to the G league
really, that bad ?? I think he is perfect for this team, Lebron probably loves him, never wants the ball and does all the dirty work. |
Gritty win against the heat tonight. Lebron with 28/9/12 and kuz with another strong game 33/7. Nice to see wade and Lebron have a special moment at the end. Wade seemed choked up. Back on a streak and facing the rockets on Thursday.

From Twitter: LeBron James is averaging his most points per game since he was 25 years old while also playing fewer minutes per game than he ever has. On a per-minute basis, this is the best he’s ever been as a scorer which is simply terrifying.
Micah Adams (@MicahAdams13) Watching him play at this level at this age with this many minutes on his body is simply amazing. I’ve watched him in the playoffs and nationally televised games forever, but to watch every game and see just how much he dominates a game every night is eye opening. |

Why does this guy keep chucking up 3s? 27% for a PG is NOT good. If the Lakers do make the playoffs they will have to tell him... DO NOT SHOOT the ball from farther than 3 feet from the basket. |
