The EV break value right now is easily $400 and wax prices are always higher than that, $600 might not be unreasonable once Houdini/Phil run dry

First I’ve seen that. Even my $hit boxes had “hits”. Is it possible it could have been tampered with? I would definitely call Topps. And to have two silvers in another box? Something seems off. The addition als have always been blacks/reds/autos/supers. Not silvers. And I’ve been scouring the net for breaks.

I'll likely try - but last time I tried calling I was on hold for an hour then got disconnected. I don't think the boxes were tampered with, they came from one of the other big reputable dealers (not eBay) and had the Topps logo wrapping.

Value is there, even with an average box you shouldn't lose.

The value from my boxes (N=2) was ~$112.50/each. So, I wouldn't rip at $370.

My two boxes had ref/gold and ref/gold/black.

Probability of pulling something other than ref/gold in one box: 78.91%
Probability of pulling something other than ref/gold in two boxes: 95.55%

Probability of pulling something other than ref/gold/black in one box: 28.91%
Probability of pulling something other than ref/gold/black in two boxes: 49.46%

So basically, every 2-box break has a 50/50 shot at something 'better' than a black.

Well I think we all need to admit that at $55, these boxes were very much underpriced from the get go. Especially with the limited print run

FWIW, I got $225 for my Soto Refractor here but at the time, the only comparable was $150 (which I thought was too low)

A lot of the posts in this thread amaze me! People are so ungrateful and entitled it’s unbelievable. :mad: I’m going to sit on my boxes for a while, but sure loving all the nice cards.

I've only seen one Kyle Lewis so far... it was a silver and I grabbed it for my collection. I paid 50 for it, not sure if it was a good deal over overpaid or what. He looked great in the summer camp, so I'm hoping he comes out and starts launching bombs lol.
