The pop 1 points to this cert number rather than yours. Looks like the pop report isn't entirely accurate....your cert number falls in the general population, despite the different labeling. So I guess we don't know how many they have graded like this.

^This is actually why [U]HMT55[/U] wins for me. I like to open wax, and I don't send my cards for grading. So I collect a lot of raw cards and not much graded.

HMT55 generally came out of the pack in better condition than US300. The fact that it was also produced in smaller quantity is just icing on the cake.

Looking at recent sales, you can see this reflected in the values. Raw HMT55 sells for about 2x what raw US300 sells for.

Then you add in the refractors (which I know some folks dislike but I personally love) which are nicely limited in update--most being serial numbered--and you have a runaway winner in HMT55.

In my opinion. Opinions will vary among folks who value other things.

It probably sells more than US300 in raw condition because raw chrome has a better shot at a PSA 10

No comparison, US300 was first. True flagship RC of a guy with few RC options is always going to be the go to. HMT55 is a really nice card and I own some pinks, but the majority of collectors will always value the 300 more.

Got cleaned out of my heritage PSA 10 base tonight. My lone auction ended for $60 and someone hit the BIN on my last 12 for $60 each.

Guess they were a good boy at $35 a couple months ago, glad i didn’t listen to all the low offers on eBay telling me it was only worth $40, like they were doing me a favor.
