Now hitting over .250; however, focusing on BA is pretty dumb.

Seeing a few Soto collectors suddenly bail on him because of a jersey change.
I no longer loathe him since he's off of the Nationals and I'll barely have to see him going forward..This will definitely change in the postseason I believe, but for now we can be allies.

Also, just got this back. Hope he does well in SD when he's not playing the Braves. |
Juan Soto will be the next Tony Gwynn of the Padres. I already compared him a couple months ago to Tony Gwynn. Ill do it again. Juan Soto is the next Tony Gwynn.
Soto already has bWAR of 21.7 vs career bWAR for Gwynn 69.2. I’m pretty sure he will be much better than Gwynn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Maybe as for being the face of the franchise in time, but at the plate, Soto is the un-Gwynn - Lower average, more power, smaller belt size |

You don’t think he will have a higher bWAR than Gwynn by the end of his career? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
So the Dodgers are still way better than the Padres even with Soto. Shocker.
Big Brother completes the sweep. Outscored the newly appointed champs 20-4 (over 3 games). Reminder that one player doesn't win games in this great sport.
Padres are a weak squad i love it!
Soto still walking but timidly swinging a weak bat. Maybe Tatis will show him how to be aggressive at the plate
lol i am not worried
So what team does Soto get traded to in 2024 at the deadline?
Meanwhile the Nats are looking STRONG since the Soto trade!
